A friendly reminder that GVS will offer a free flu-shot clinic on Thursday, October 17th from 9:30-12:00. Trained staff will be on site to administer and monitor children to ensure safe practices.
If you want your child to participate, please fill out this consent form by no later than October 15th.
If you do NOT want your child to participate, no action is needed.
