Director of Facilities

The Grantham School District is looking for a Director of Facilities for our PK-6 school in Grantham, NH. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, healthy, functional, and clean environment for students, staff, and the community; supervising the maintenance of the facilities and grounds; managing vendors and contractors; and providing leadership for the custodial team. Project management experience and knowledge of HVAC and other building systems are required. Positive communication skills, ability to take initiative, and the ability to work on a team are required.
